Description: We are preparing to operate a community development facility. The funds will be used as working capital throughout the summer. Our target grand opening will be August 29th, however we have had to secure the building now in order to accomplish the required modifications. We will offer web-design, English as a second language for 3 different cultures, basic computer animation, and other computer based skill-sets. We are able to serve 300 students and individuals in the community. We ultimately will purchase the building for 750K it is appraised at 1,200,000.
