I'm interested in opening a restaurant that will have a small menu (20-25 items) that will provide high quality ingredients. All items would be made in house, this includes the sauces and dressings as well. One of the large aspects to this vision is that it will feature and promote the local culture. This would allow local artist's to display their work on the walls of the restaurant. It would also be an outlet for local musician's to showcase their talents 3-4 days a week. By using local local purveyors to supply some of the menu ingredients and bakeries to provide the desserts it will create mutually beneficial partnerships.
