Description:
A retreat center for spa and massage on 10 acres with sculpture gardens within and on the grounds. There is a parcel with large barn (new), and includes an existing cider mill attraction. There is plenty of parking developed. The grounds need aesthetic development. This parcel is located in the center of an exclusive four town area (all within 5 miles) and is on a rural road just off of a main highway, near high end eateries and hotels. The center would attract visitors of all demographics for the garden walks, cider mill, and amenities within the health and wellness center. Investors sought for property development.
