Kaikala Marina, Villas & Resort is the working name for our real estate project on the Coconut Island on the east coast of Phuket, in Thailand.
The total area for the project is 120 rai, equal to 19.2 hectare.
Our intention is to develop a man made lagoon with two natural waterways into the lagoon when arriving by boat to the private marina, and a jetty pier when arriving by our 24/7 boat service to the main entrance of the Village.
