We are a start up home builder. We have identified a market that has been forgotten about and that's the low and moderate income family with a lower credit score than the traditional lender would care to do business with. Our homes will be constructed within the inner city neighborhoods, blighted neighborhoods and we will be purchasing vacant lots from the city through the NEIGHBORHOOD EMPOWERMENT ZONE PROGRAM. These neighborhoods have some 300 to 400 lots. We will buy these lots build quality affordable homes on them starting in the low 70's to the mid 80's. We want to revitalize and beautify these neighborhoods causing self-pride and helping these families to own a piece of the American Dream.
