Description: I have many sources that find me residential real estate properties for significantly less than their value. I rehab the homes with a construction crew that works directly for me. I am able to rehab houses at a great discount and then resell them. I have a proven tract record and am looking to grow my business. I am only looking for funds, on a case by case deal with a grant deed as collateral. I have a very successful tract record I can prove that has made me a good income and am wanting to grow my business further.
