The Bridal Industry is never in a recession. People still get married and kids still go to prom. I want to start the business that is in a small town West of Minneapolis, MN. The closest bridal shop is 35 miles away to the north & east and 60-75 miles to the west and south of where I would like to open the store. There are many little towns that surround Delano. People would have to drive through Delano to get to Minneapolis. If I market the right way, they will stop at my store first and buy the dress of thier dreams. I think I have great potential to make this a success. I graduated college with a A.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Design and have worked soem type of retail all my life. I also have a mentor that opened her own successful Bridal Salon 20 years ago and that will be consulting me along the way.
