Joint Venture Facilitation is identifying a land owner with prime commercial land, identifying a well established developer, and then putting the two together in a partnership to develop a commercial project. RDI, LLC, would establish a 10% to 20% equity position in the project for its efforts, without having to take the risks associated with developing.   Executive Summary   RDI, LLC, is a Limited Liability Company established under the laws of the State of Delaware.
