I want to purchase a building from a real estate company to use for a liquor store. There were three in my town now there is only two and I want to open up another one. It has been a dream of mine for the past 3 years. I am a full time college student working on my bachelor's degree. With the student loans I have taken out my credit score is not good, so I don't qualify for traditional lending. I have paid off any outstanding debts over the past two years and even in completing this task has not boost my credit score. The total amount of funding I need to accomplish my endeavor is $70,000.00. This will cover the cost of the building which is $35,000.00. $15,000.00 to cover the cost of some renovations of the building. $8,000.00 for shelving and $12,000.00 for the purchase of product to sell.
