Want to start a coffee shop/healthy beverage facility in Lubbock, Texas. I have over the past few years, been purchasing equipment, decorations, tables, chairs, cabinets and have a total outline of what I need to start up a really small beverage shop in the bottom floor of an upscale, highrise apartment building in Lubbock. I have the location, the anticipated fixed payments--rent, etc. I need financing for wiring electrical, plumbing, finish-out of cabinets, oven/stovetop. The rent will be minimal in only a 400sf space. I'm going to take out floor tiles, stain concrete/floor, paint & possibly texture the walls. The owner will close/finish out doors and walls. I already have storage shelves for display, table/chairs for seating, wall decor and shelves. I need a sign for advertising on building which will very likely be the most expensive item to purchase.
