A successful Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Investor for the past five years, I am looking to expand from residential real estate to income producing commercial properties.
I am able to obtain 75-80% conventional bank financing for a 1st mortgage position on the properties, so I am seeking Private funding to hold a small second mortgage to acquire the property, only 6 months to a year in term, until the property can be refinanced paying off the Investor with interest.
Only well cashflowing properties, at 70% or less ARV are being sought to protect the Investors interest.
