It was in the year 2009 a team of like minded professionals headed by the Managing Director S Sriram launched Ripcord Consulting Guild (RCG) as a private limited company in Chennai, India. We, as a team bring in more than 45 years of rich experience in diverse industries like FMCG, Auto, Realty, Retail, Hospitality, Finance, IT and ITES.
Service scope:
RCG essentially is a Business Support Services Company catering to the requirements of small and medium sized organizations in conducting and growing their businesses optimally. Some of our offerings include

And comprehensive support services in HR function including people management, training and development.
One of our specialty offerings is setting up of green field projects in IT, BPO, FMCG, Realty, Retail and Hospitality space. We are also accredited with introducing the concepts of ISO-9000, Six-Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Service Process Management (SPM) in BPO industry.
