We are looking for a PE Funding or VC funding to construct a multiplex theater complex something like PVR as well as a two star hotel in Chittoor which is center point for pilgrimage center(Tirupathi) is just 70 kms.
Chittoor is the district headquarters having 3 important pilgrimage centers in and around a radius of 70 Km as well as equidistant to Bangalore(140Km) and Chennai(140km). Annual passenger traffic is approximately 2500 pilgrims crossing chittoor every day.
The construction will be on our own Propety and the project cost for both the projects will be USD 3 million approximately.
The projects under our plan are
a)Construction of a Multiplex comprising of shopping complex of 50,000 square feet and 3 Cinema Halls,each with a seating capacity of 225 people each proposed at a cost of USD 2 Million (Rs9.40Crores) and
b)Construction of a shopping complex admeasuring 30000 square feet plus a star hotel comprising of 32 rooms, restaurant, banquet halls at USD1Million(Rs4.70Crores).
We are a husband and wife team with 15 plus years of professional experience in corporate and we have incorporated a private limited company to facilitate the construction and routing of capital.
