I am tetala srinivasa reddy, resident of Visakhapatnam. I have iron ore supply project.
From Visakhapatnam Port lakhs of (URL removed)s Iron ore is exporting to China per month. So may exporters are exporting iron ore on FOB basis. Iron ore transported from Raipur mines to visakhapatnam port.
Exporters need suppliers from Raipur to visakhapatnam port godowns. They will lift the iron ore port
godowns to ship. Generally the profit margin will be Rs.100/- per MT. The exporter will pay the amount 2nd day after unloading the goods at godown. But we must pay the amount for goods at Raipur at the time of loading.
if we supply 60,000 MT per month
our Invest ment:
2000MT per day X Rs.4,300 = Rs.86,00,000/- (per day)
For 3 days supply Rs. 86,00,000 X 3 = 2,58,00,000 (Third day we will receive payment from exporter)
Reserves and other = 1,42,00,000
Total Project cost = 4,00,00,000(INDIAN RUPEES) OR USD 930000
PROFIT:
Generally the profit will be Rs.100/ per MT. If we calculate Rs. 50/- per MT
per month supply 60,000 MT X Rs.50/- =30,00,000/-
Grass Income:
per 12months 30,00,000 X 12 =3,60,00,000/-
Expenditure:
office expenditure and salaries = 12,00,000/-
interest for capital 12% peranum = 48,00,000/-
Profit after expenditure = 3,00,00,000/-
INCOME TAX = 90,00,000/-
NET PROFIT = 2,10,00,000/- (INDIAN RUPEES) OR USD 4,88,000
