I am a real estate investor. My company buys houses from homeowners who are motivated to sell at a discount. We then rehab and resell the properties at market value. Current cashflow limits my company to rehabbing only 3-4 houses at a time. I am looking to put together a network of investors that, when presented with a deal, will help fund each property while it is being rehabbed. I have completed two deals, each with substantial profit. I also have two more in progress.
