Description:
We are a Landscape Design/Build company and we are growing very fast. We would like to start a nursery with a full line of home decor products and the spot that we want to put the nursery is right by a new off ramp off of I-15. The land has other land that we would like to purchase and develope and there would be a very big return by developing the land. Lets just say that it would be about 5 times or more just from the land.
