Description:
Nutts Construction LLC is a Connecticut-based real estate development and general contracting firm specializing in residential construction, renovations, and land development. Since 2016, we have completed multiple new construction builds, over 50 residential remodel projects, and currently own income-producing rental properties. We manage every phase in-house—from acquisition and permitting through construction and completion—ensuring strong cost control, efficient timelines, and reliable execution. We are actively seeking private investment partners for upcoming residential development projects structured as all-equity opportunities, including expansion into high-growth markets such as Arizona, supported by established local development partnerships.
