I am starting a new highly desired restaurant and want to build it to franchise status. One that isn't available on a large scale basis, and most times even a small scale.
It is called Mine, Nachos, as in mine, not yours. And like I, robot.
This is a specialty restaurant for nachos. I have breakfast nachos, lunch, dinner, specialty, and dessert nachos.
I offer a variety of meats and toppings. I even offer different chips and cheeses, i.e nacho Doritos and pepperjack cheese with seasoned chicken.
This will also have separate areas, a sports bar style area, and movie style area and a family area.
