Description:
Icehouse Billiards(IHB) is designed to be a BYOB Billiard Hall. While its primary source of revenue is the renting of billiard tables on site, it is set to have several other avenues of income. This type of business is ideal for the location that has been chosen due to the high volume of foot traffic and the surrounding areas. It has good visibilty from the road and is minutes from central and downtown Irving. The only competition for this type of business is the few local bars that have one or two quarter tables whereas IHB will have 15 total tables ranging from 7.5 to 8.5 feet in size.
