I am in negotiation to purchase a Laundromat business in the NYC area and have found 2 well established locations of interest and now need funding/capitol for the acquisition of one or both locations. Both locations have no liens on equipment, all owned outright. 8+ years remain on leases, no real estate involved. Purchase prices for the locations are currently being negotiated with a max offer for the two locations of 400k.
