The goal is to start Indian Fast food chain. The restaurants will be fully owned and operated. After 3 years we plan to go public. The business is essentially to capitalize on a trend of growing American consumer interest towards Indian food. There are several items within Indian Fast food arena that can easily replace pizza or complement it.
