I am interested in opening up a "pavilion" so to speak. I want to incorporate going green and food service together in one location, focusing on bringing community together. I have a complete business plan, and have 10yrs experience under my belt. I have many people in my community excited, also a growing number of people wanting to work for me. I have been to 7 different banks, all telling me that I have an excellent plan. All 7 banks have also let me know that cash is king, and that is one thing I am out of.
