Description:
Hello, my husband started a business in 1991 which was the delivery of appliances through such major compa nj ies as sears, home depot, starbucks and lowes.
Im not here to ask for help for that. I have spent the last two years of my life very sick. This includes three major surgeries involving my intestines and liver failure. So i have had alot of time to think. I live in an area where many new homes are as well as new shopping centers. I have an entertainment plan. Ive researched in the near five months in the hospital.
People here are always packing shopping malls, theatres, any entertainment. Where i live there is a shopping center which used to house a sams club retail center. A very large shopping center. I know that turning that building into an indoor water park would be very successful and profitable. There are only two in the entire state. The others are always packed. But people in this area spend even more. In this area there is a skating rink. Thats it. There was a arcade with golf and go carts. But it was purchased and torn down to make way for always packed shopping center.
The center that would house my indoor water park is directly across the street. This is the type of community where people spend money too no end. I urge to research Delran, nj. This town along with our design would be a great success.
I urge you to take us into consideration. After battling deadly illness and my husband working everyday of his life managing his business we will except no less than success. I urge you to take our plan into consideration.
Thank you
