Description:
My partner and I have found a prime location for our Martini Lounge/Dance club. Our city has no place similar to the design we have planned. I have contractors and labor set up for the redesign of the interior as well as bar staff & security for the opening. I also have a printer on standby for the design of the signage and marketing materials. We are anxious to lock in this lease before someone else does.
