I own a successful tax franchise business and look forward to the upcoming tax season with a great deal of excitement. The one office I own is in an area where the growth has reached it's saturation point and it is time to move into the true money making neighborhoods of my area. I am ready to move forward with my business plan, I just look for the right angel investor to back the project. I plan on opening 3 additional offices by January and would need a total of $275k to fund this project. Repayment would be over a 5 year period and would commence in April of 2009, after the completion of the first season of expansion. Conservative estimates for gross income are $560k. After all loan payments and expenses the net income is estimated at $140k. Growth will be consistant as it has been with the one office at approximately 20% per year. Expenses will decrease as loans are paid off. This office is the medias favorite tax office and with more offices will come more media exposure. I am quite confident in my and my staffs abilities to see this expansion to fruition and most likely exceed our expectations as far as growth and revenue.
