Description:
Just Jazz Restaurant is hoping to break ground in 2008 and open in 2010 in the city of Philadelphia along the Delaware River (known as Penn's Landing) where the casinos and Trump Condos as well as other condos will be built or are located. We will offer live entertainment with excellent service and superb cuisine at a competitive price. We need to secure commercial real estate and begin rennovations, secure personnel and inventory to the estimated cost of $1M or less. A business plan is available for review.
