My name is Sherman Pierce and I'm the owner/founder of Pierce Property Investments. I purchase,sell, rent, and rehab houses; and turn them into homes. Pierce Property Investments is looking to expand into purchasing apartment buildings, town houses, and commercial property. It is ran by my wife, Kay Pierce, and I.
