I am interested in real estate investment. However, I need Capital. My Plan is to work with investors that will put up the capital, which would be about $ 250,000.00 to $ 500,000.00. I would only require a small percentage of the capital up front, to find secure, and fix-up the property, including repaires, painting, landscaping, and what ever is need to fix it up. I would then put the property on the market to be sold. All profit would go to the investor.
