The company currently owns permits to construct 6 high powered (50,000 kw) commercial AM radio stations in various markets throughout the continental US. Once constructed and 'on air', the stations will either be the most powerful or second most powerful stations in their respective markets. The permits are valuable and are hard to obtain and virtually impossible to duplicate. They represent several years of technical engineering work and tedious revie by the FCC during the approval process. One permit is fully permitted with the local building permit and ready to construct and two others will follow with local approvals in a few months. The timig allows for at least 1 station to be under construction during the next 24-30 months. The total capital needed to construct all 6 stations is $3,500,000. The value of the stations once on-air (without studion build-out or cash flow) is estimated to be $8,000.000.
The management team includes a seasoned radion broadcaster (over 45 years in the business) that has put on the air and operated 13 stations and one of the best engineers in the industry.
