Club Envy Mii is in the seedling stage. Jonesboro is a college-town community that appeals to adults and children. However, there is nothing here for the under-21 age group (16-20, 14-15 with parental wavier). The community needs a safe place where teens and young adults can socialize, dance, and hang out with friends other than at the Mall at Turtle Creek and the movie theater.
My idea is to create a night environment for this under marketed age group sans alcohol. The nightclub will operate Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and operational hours will comply with the city-ordained teen curfew each night. Patrons will be carded, searched, and not allowed to re-enter upon leaving or violating any rules. Security will consist of the Jonesboro Police Department (outside the club) and professional security officers inside the club at a ratio of 1:40 patrons.
Envy will promote special events such as concerts (live artists), group gatherings (organizations, churches, etc) and various VIP events (graduation, birthday, and other private/ non-private parties). The entire building may even be rented. Each event has specified listings and will vary according to additional amenities. Other promotions will include individual and group dance battles. Envy will keep with current and upcoming teen/young adult trends in order to sustain profitability and provide superior entertainment to this under marketed group.
Club Envy Mii will be a hip, vibrant place for young adults and teens to be amongst friends and do what they do best, hang out!
