My deli, labeled "The Motown Experience" will consist of only the finest choice and seasoned beef, chicken, turkey, and ham; also, the finest hot dogs known, and the greatest chili ever tasted. It'll be like being back in the Upper eastern midwest or the East. I plan to bring a different sort of taste to the Dallas area by introducting a different feel and taste in the way deli sandwiches are prepared. I confident that this venture will do magnificently well. I plan to put my heart and soul into this project.
