The plan is to have a food truck here in NC that will be selling a different taste of food. I am from down south of the Caribbean and lived in Europe for 12 years. I would like to have a combination of culture food and that is what will make it different than a lot of others. In the states when you say Caribbean food most people think Jamaican food ,but Caribbean food is not only from Jamaica. I want to start with one truck and when the opportunity shows expand to a restaurant and more trucks in different states. Part of my project is to have partly of the product that are being served produced by own peace of land that will be growing our own vegetables. This way we can produce a little more jobs for more people. It would be even better if we can work with certain programs on that part of the project for people that are in need and do not have the resources to get on their feet by their own.
