Hi my name is shelli I am a cake decorator I have a small business I make amazing custom cakes and desserts. I strive for more I want to start small instead of opening a shop I would like to start a dessert truck that can be rented for weddings a large events . The concept is kind of like a open bar ,they can choose from a menu of desserts they want served to there guests . If it's a out door wedding we can serve from the dessert truck(Which will be very classy and beautiful ) if the event is indoor we can set up in door. I would like to have Unique menu of desserts to choose (URL removed) of course the classic desserts with a twist I would like to have a oven in the truck so we can do most baking in the truck to save on kitchen rental.I have so many grate ideas for my dessert truck I know with every bit of me that this will be sucsessfull and the best part is it's on wheels so we can go anywhere the event is.
