Description:
I am looking to transform an old school house into a lodge for hunters. I have already purchased the school house. The farmers in this area rent their land to hunters every year, and all the nearby lodging is always booked. The school is in need of repair, but I believe it would easily pay for itself within 3 to 5 years.
