I am a Custom Framer with 26 years experience, moved into a large, brand new building 1 year ago and now have several small loans I obtained to prepare the space from the ground up for my frame shop/gallery and giftware shop. All the various payments with high interest rates are killing me. I'd like to consolidate them into one loan, plus have an additional cusion of working capital for the slower seasons in the framing industry. I only need $60,000. to accomplish everything I need to do, and should never need any other type of funding again.
