Description:
We are a small, licensed billiard hall. We have 6 pool tables, a large stage, and small kitchen area. The original owner operated for 14 yrs before we took over. The current capacity is 50 people which can be increased 75 with an application to the LLBO. If we removed two of the pool tables, we could apply for an even larger increase. We are trying to re launch the business with a new, younger, fresher theme. This requires some improvements such as new seating, paint, etc. We would also like to make our kitchen more functionable in order to increase our profits from that area. We are looking for an investor who will fund the changes necessary to successfully relaunch our business into a profitable situation. Also an investor who is willing to share their expertise and knowledge in business would be ideal.
