After 25 years working in NY asa a Real Estate Salesperson, then a Real Estate Broker/Owner of a co., I have relocated to Florida. I am looking to purchase a few inexpensive condos in the development where I live. The are priced in the 35K to 50K range and are in very good to excellent condition. They are located in a strong rental area and would bring in a profit each month. The HOA charges are very low (140/mo). This would be a good investment since the prices are going up.
