Presentations Home Staging (PHS) is a home staging company established to present and prepare homes, occupied or vacant for sale, to appeal over and above any competitors home on the market for a fast, profitable sale with exceptional customer service. We are unique in that we already carry 16 homes worth of inventory furniture, rent our own, and network with other furniture companys for occupied home rentals.
We work only with other ASP 's (Accredited Staging Professionals) who are trained as we, and stage and de-stage in most cases in one day after contracts are signed.
We also market the home through our Accreditation, local websites,and various other venues including tours of our homes.
