FILM PRODUCTION COMPANY INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
Centurion produces films, which are as magical and meaningful as they are mainstream and marketable to international audiences.
Rocky, A Love Story, Kramer vs. Kramer, The Karate Kid, Forest Gump, Good Will Hunting, and recently, The Pursuit of Happiness are examples of the magic formula Centurion strives to improve upon. It has been demonstrated for decades these films have unique value with global audiences and within the marketplace.
Our recent trailer for our film What Could Have Been, is an excellent example of Centurion’s execution of this concept: (URL removed)
Centurion has attached international film star, KELLY McGILLIS (TOP GUN, WITNESS, & THE ACCUSED), to its 1st feature film What Could Have Been. Aswell, Centurion has secured distribution through SULLIVAN ENTERTAINMENT- TORONTO ((URL removed)), producer and distributor of Canada’s highly successful Anne of Green Gables trilogy. In addition, PORCHLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT – LOS ANGELES has expressed interest in distributing Centurion’s product. (URL removed)
Currently Centurion is offering equity in its 3-picture slate for the investment of $250,000 Canadian, by selling “C” class shares within the equity capital of Centurion Pictures Inc.
Investors will receive 80% of all profits returned to Centurion generated from its films (after 30% distributor’s fees are deducted) until their initial investment (funds given to Centurion) are paid in full. After their initial investment is returned, investors will receive 49% of all further profits generated from Centurion’s 3 picture slate and subsequent films.
Our first two films What Could Have Been & The Ark will be produced using the investment. Our 3rd film, ECOSE, will be produced using distribution pre-sells and profits obtained from the 1st two.
Having already acquired strong distribution has allowed Centurion’s business plan to post minimum projections for its 1st picture What Could have Been to the amount of $934,000 CAD (not including additional DVD sales and internet licensing), demonstrating the market confidence and desire for Centurion’s product.
We expect our 2nd and 3rd film to yield similar or greater minimum projections, allowing our business plan to demonstrate the potential of a 200-300% return on funds invested into Centurion Pictures Inc.
Furthermore, Centurion is registered as an EBC (Eligible Business Corporation) with the British Columbia Venture Capital branch. This lowers the risk of investment by an additional 30%. B.C. based private investors who buy shares in Centurion will receive tax refundable credits (not to be confused with less valuable tax deductible credits) to the amount of 30% of their total investment. (IE: $250,000 invested results in $75,000 refunded during filing of an annual British Columbia tax return). All B.C. based public or private corporations who invest will be eligible to receive a 30% tax-deductible credit aswell.
Complete financial projections and details of our investment opportunity are contained in our business plan. Please email (URL removed) to obtain a copy and to answer any questions/
