Description:
I am wanting to open up a classic bar in Fallon NV that has years ago closed down due to Back Taxes owed and bad management, but has since been bought by a real estate investor here in town the property also has on it a 4 Unit apartment building and a 2 bdrm Home that the original owners lived in. That would also draw in revenue from rental income. This property has been a Fallon ICON for 2 or 3 generations and it saddens me to see it just sitting there empty and I want to revive her and I know the town will once again make her great.
