We started investing in real estate 17 years ago, and currently, we are working with investors, securing their investment with smart purchases on multi-family rental income homes, and single family rehabbed homes, that we re-sell to owners, or in some cases, other investors, or re-finance conventionally, after 13 months, and hold the property for monthly cash flow. We purchase property at significant discounts, and being able to make cash offers helps us do that. We typically have 40 to 60% equity in a property when finished, and the investment is secured by the property, and the monthly cash flow. We would like to work with any investor with at least $25,000 to invest, and looking to earn returns on that capital between 11 and 18%, depending on the particular investment.
