Description: Magnus Gyan is an educational solutions company leveraging the use of low-cost Indian technology for use in Brazil. We have partnered with the Indian Institute of Technology Rajasthan, one of the best engineering universities in the world, to develop a low-cost, high-quality Android tablet designed specifically for usage in educational institutions of Brazil. We are combining this tablet with low-cost software developed in Brazil, India, the USA and Israel to create an all-in-one bundled solution for a range of educational uses, specifically K-12 basic education and English Language Learning (ELL), as well as vocational training and corporate salesforce training. We recently received confirmation of our first order of 12,000 units to be deployed in the northern state of Pará, Brazil, where we will work hand in hand with the state government to first train professors and educators how to use the device and software before distributing the units to students. (URL removed) (English translation: (URL removed)) We are raising $2 million to fund our expanding operations in Brazil. We have already closed $1.2 million and are looking to close the remaining $800,000 in the next 6 months.
