I have not set up LLC yet. I have properties in my name. LLC will be operated and ran by positive cashflow of income producing properties in the Lexington, ky and surrounding area. I have lived in this area all my with the exception of four years in the US Airforce and I have been a landlord for my properties since 1999. I have been a realtor since jan 2000.
