K & S Leasing is a real estate investment company. We invest in nice homes. Staying in areas of Kansas City where housing is at or just above the median price range of 140K. We purchase houses at 75% or below market value, currently utilizing short sales. We use one of two exit strategies. We either flip the property for quick capital gain or lease option the property to future owners. When lease optioning we assist the new potential owners by creating plans for them to reduce debt, which in turn help them qualifying for a loan in 1-3 years. We utilize investors for the down payment of our properties, as we continue to grow the business.
