Description:
I’m very excited to share the news that I’ve started my own company, TrakTen Consulting Inc, doing freelance work that utilizes my 20 years experience in marketing communications.
In essence, my goal is to help “un-bog” people, departments or businesses overwhelmed with day-to-day survival by either taking on a few of their projects myself or identifying ways to improve how things are done.
Right now, the four specific areas of service I am focusing on are:
• Project coordination/management
• Production management
• Process analysis
• Resource analysis
