I am looking to start a Home Employment/Staffing agency. Almost the same as a typical staffing agency, however staff will be allowed to work from their residence instead on assigments. I did quite a bit of research and found that a great majority of people are stressed out due to stress/high pressure on the job and dread going to work. I am looking to offer employees hope by allowing them some flexibility and freedom, not to mention less cars on the road means less traffic, less congestion, less vehicle pollution, peace of mind, more time with family.
