I am a newly opened daycare center that is licensed for a capacity of 28 children. I used my own savings to get my business up and running, and now I need some kind of funds for payroll, and rent for the space at least enough for the 1st 6mo. Trust me I have tried to get help from my govenor, and mayor but they don't seem to think that a business in the community that I serve is important enough.
