400 Real Estate is looking to invest in new turnkey single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and 4-plexes with the intent to use for short term/vacation rentals and event spaces. We are a new company looking to capitalize on the Los Angeles market using our relationships from the entertainment industry, from record labels and artists to other industry professionals.
We are looking for an investment partner to fully fund each property including furnishing the unit or providing the down payment. We completely manage the property from listing, booking, hosting, to maintenance. We do all of the groundwork with our experienced agents and brokers in finding the right deals so that we are set up to be cash flow positive.
