We are a Real Estate Consulting/Hard Money Lending Firm that finds Hard Money loans at 12-14% interest for Real Estate/Develpoment/Acqusition/Rehab Investors. WE would like to start being able to lend at our own discrection because we are finding that having to depend on other lenders is slow and non performing for our clients some of which have already started their rehab/development projects. We have several deals in the fire right now that we are having to wait for wnswers on . This poses a problem to our Investors(Borrowers) as they come to us for hard money becuase the process should be faster then normal lending dictates.
