Description:
Insurance restoration industry: Contents: Packing up an individual's or company's "contents" and moving it to my climate controlled, secure facility when an insurance related loss occurs. Cleaning the "contents" when a fire occurs, and repairing it. In-house furniture repair is offered in addition to having resources in many specialty industries such as art restoration, china restoration, leather restoration, and fine fabric and drapery cleaning. Marketing to general contractors that specialize in the industry. I present them with the opportunity for a 10% commission just for calling me out. I also work with dry-out companies that are called out when there is a flood inside the property. Often there is furniture and items that must be removed either to prevent damage to them, or so that the drying process can begin. General contractors call me when they are in the same predicament: there was a fire and the contents need to be cleaned and stored while the repairs to the structure are completed. I work with insurance companies: I am called out by the adjuster or the agent to assist their policy holder. I work with businesses and homeowners alike. I am called out by property managers. I am called out by apartment managers. I am called out by flooring companies when carpet or tile or wood is being repaired. The opportunities are vast.
There are 2300 licensed insurance adjusters that reside in the Phoenix area. There are over 8000 insurance adjusters licensed to process claims in the State of Arizona that are located in call centers throughout the United States. That's just one facet of my sales stream. Add into this the number of insurance agents in the City of Phoenix, the number of property management companies, the mitigation companies (dry-out companies), etc. and the possibilities are staggering.
I have started a company before, I have managed a company for years, and I have done marketing and project management for the past 10 years. I know this specialized industry inside and out. I have an exceptional reputation in this industry, and pride myself on integrity while at the same time being highly competitve.
